All commissions are for non-commercial use only. They cannot be used to advertise people, businesses, or products, cannot be mass-produced or used for profit in any other form.

The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

This is a service for a digital art piece and will not be physically delivered.

Always credit me when using/posting my art. Do not claim it as made by you.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request or terminate the commission process (with proper refunds) if I am unable to continue work on the commission.

I reserve the rights to all commissioned works and process work leading up to the final commission in my portfolio, social media sites, websites, galleries, books, etc. unless agreed otherwise.

Sketches will be done after all references and information have been revised. You can make as many changes, as needed, to the piece here.

Any big adjustments after the sketch has been approved will cost an additional fee. Minor details will not be charged (i.e. color adjustment, small marks, etc.)

Approximate time to complete a piece is 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and client responses.

Updates will be given every 7-10 days. You are free to ask for updates if I forget to provide them too.

Once finished, the product will be sent digitally through the provided e-mail in a PNG format (with colored & transparent background if possible).

Full payment in USD via PayPal invoices. If the price is $100 or above, you can pay in halves (the first after the sketch is approved and the second after the work is finished).

Payment will be taken after a sketch has been approved.

Finished artwork will not be refunded.
